What is the process in having a test?	An ANY LAB TEST NOW®? staff person will gently draw the necessary amount of blood or specimen needed for the specific test, label it appropriately, and send it to our certified laboratory for analysis. Results will be delivered the next day in most cases.
How will I interpret the results of my test?	The results are in an easy-to-read format that clearly states if the test is within the normal range.
Do you have payment plans?	As part of our mission to make the best testing services accessible and affordable, we offer flexible payment plans to individuals who need time to pay for their tests. To have a standard test started, we only require a nonrefundable partial payment of half of the test cost. From there, we will do our best to accommodate your payment needs. Please note that your test results can only be released once the balance is paid in full. To discuss your payment options in more detail, please call us.
What is the difference between a laboratory and a draw center?	A laboratory is a place where specimens such as blood and urine are analyzed by a technician or doctor through a series of machines. A draw center is a location where a specimen is taken and sent to a laboratory. ANY LAB TEST NOW® is a draw center.
Do I need to fast before taking a test?	There are certain tests that require fasting. You should not eat or drink up to 12-hours before these tests are taken. Visit the "Tests" page regarding instructions for specific tests.
How will I receive my test results?	You can choose to have your test results mailed, faxed or picked up. Confidentiality and discretion are of the utmost importance to ANY LAB TEST NOW®?.
Do I need an appointment?	No appointment is necessary. Simply visit a clinic near you during our convenient hours of operation.
Will you keep my test results on record?	ANY LAB TEST NOW® is required by law to keep records on file for 7 years.
Who should I call with questions about my test?	If you have any questions regarding the details, application or components of a test, feel free to ask the staff person in-store or simply call the location where the test was administered. ANY LAB TEST NOW® will not provide any medical counsel or interpretation of the test result.
Will my insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid pay for my test?	ANY LAB TEST NOW® does not require insurance. In some cases, your payment may be accepted by your insurance company. In that instance, please check with your insurance company.
What happens if my test result is out of range?	ANY LAB TEST NOW® does not provide any medical counsel. If your test results are out of range, a staff person will recommend that you visit your physician.
Do I have to show an ID card in-store?	No, tests may be taken anonymously. Customers have the option of taking a test anonymously or not. If a customer chooses to take a test anonymously, they may be required to give a birth date or show their sales receipt to verify the correct results.
How does ANY LAB TEST NOW® protect my privacy?	Customer privacy is extremely important to ANY LAB TEST NOW®? and it will do everything possible to protect the privacy of its customers. Customers have the option of taking a test anonymously and choosing which method to receive their lab test results (U.S. Mail, Fax, Pick Up). If a customer chooses to test anonymously, they may be required to give a birth date or show a sales receipt for verification. Because ANY LAB TEST NOW®? does not utilize insurance, your results are not given to your physician and not including on your medical record. However, customers may provide the results to their physician if desired.
